Ijay is the newest member of the Pursuit team, joining Paul in assisting with our marketing sector. She brings with her a background in Marketing/ Graphic Design as well as having completed a Cert III in Small Business.

She has a passion for connecting with people and has developed sound customer relations skills through a broad range of environments. Ijay has worked in retail management, as a freelance and in-house graphic designer as well as a PT in the health and fitness industry.

Having run her own freelance design business off and on since 2011 she can relate to the challenges of being a business owner. Ijay prides herself on knowing how to identify with a client to get a better understanding of their needs and is passionate about working as a team to come up with solutions on ways to deliver the desired outcome.
